Cancellation Policy
Payment
We guarantee your reservation with one night’s
deposit. The full balance is payable upon arrival for the balance
owed.
B&B Cancellation Policy
Firesign B&B is a small, unique B&B with a
limited number of rooms, operating in a highly seasonal region.
Therefore we ask you to honor our cancellation policy to protect us
and our guests. Firesign B&B can not be responsible for unforeseen
circumstances.
• You may cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation without
charge.
• All other cancellations are subject to a $25 administration charge
per room.
• If less than 14 days notice is given, one night will be charged.
If you have to check out before your confirmed
departure date, we will try to re-rent the room, but if we are
unable to do so, you will be responsible and charged for the
full amount of the reservation.
• All cancellations within 5 days of your anticipated arrival will
be charged the balance of the full amount of your stay unless we are
able to re-rent the room.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
QUADRA ISLAND WORKSHOPS Because artists are booked ahead and we have
such small class sizes, a $250 non-refundable deposit for 5-day
workshops, and a $100 deposit for 2-day workshops, will be taken
upon registration. The balance will be payable upon arrival.
MEXICO WORKSHOP A non-refundable deposit
of $625 per person will be charged upon registration, the balance is
due by January 7, 2008.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
We suggest that you contact your travel agent or credit card company
regarding trip cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen changes to
your plans.
Please be aware that by confirming
your booking and supplying your credit card details you are
accepting our Cancellation Policy. We look forward to
your arrival where a warm welcome awaits you. If we can be of any

will help if we can.

Information collected and its use
Firesign Art & Design Studio and B&B is the sole
owner of the information collected on this site. We will not
sell or rent the collected information to anyone . We do
not disclose your details to any other person without your consent
unless there is an emergency situation that requires it or we are
legally required to do so.
Credit card numbers are collected in order to make
deposits to confirm a reservation. We utilize UNPS, a third party
credit card processing company, to process your credit card
transaction. We only keep credit
card numbers on line on our SECURE SERVER
(webervations.com) until
we have processed the reservation, then it is deleted from the
server . All credit cards slips and records are kept in our
safe and are cross-cut shredded when not needed anymore. Credit card
information is also collected on our hard-disk in our Inn Reserve
reservation software program.
We also collect some personal information such as
your name, phone number, e-mail address & postal address. This is
used by our computerized reservation and billing process. It is also
used to get in touch with you to confirm your reservation or if we
have trouble processing your request. We do store your name, phone
number, e-mail address, postal address and the details necessary to
make your stay the most pleasant.
E-Mail
We do record your e-mail address in our Bed and
Breakfast management software database as this is our main way of
communicating with you. We may also contact you on occasion for
special promotions for B&B or art workshop/studio related matters.
You can always ask us to remove you from our list. We will not use
your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not voluntary
disclose it to any third party without your consent. Corrections /
Updates. If at any time you wish to be removed from the Firesign
mailing list, or wish to view, update, alter or delete any
information we may have on you in our contacts database, please call
